1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 40jl platform, accessible at 40jl.vu and through the 40jl mobile application. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

These terms apply to all registered users of 40jl regardless of how you access the platform — through a web browser on your phone, desktop, or through the 40jl Android app. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to agree to these terms on their behalf, and that both you and that person accept these terms fully.

40jl reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform before they take effect.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 40jl, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines.
• You are registering in your own name and for your own personal use only.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on 40jl.
• You are not registering on behalf of, or using funds belonging to, another person.
• Using an online gaming platform does not violate any law, restriction, or obligation that applies to you personally.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. 40jl will verify this information as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before processing your first withdrawal. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each person may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts detected by the platform — regardless of how they were created — will be closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 40jl login credentials. Your username, password, and any OTP codes generated for your account must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity on your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is considered to have been authorised by you. 40jl is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 40jl support team immediately through live chat. We will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend access to the account while the matter is reviewed. You must not continue to use an account that you believe has been compromised.

40jl uses SSL encryption and OTP-based verification for sensitive account actions to protect your information. These security measures do not relieve you of your responsibility to keep your credentials private and secure on your own devices.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 40jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets. The available channels are shown in the cashier section of your account.

40jl does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as funding methods for gaming activity. Any attempt to deposit using a prohibited method will be declined, and the transaction may be reversed.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier at the time of your transaction. These limits may vary by channel and are subject to change.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal is released, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. This is a one-time requirement and is in place to protect the security of your funds.

40jl does not charge fees for standard deposit and withdrawal transactions, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 40jl platform — including live casino titles, slots, eBingo, fishing games, and crash games — operate according to their individual game rules as provided by the respective game software providers. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules displayed on the platform and the rules provided by the software provider, the software provider's rules will prevail.

Game results in slots and RNG table games are determined by certified random number generators. Live casino game results are determined by actual physical game play — real cards, real roulette wheels, and real dice — conducted by live dealers in real time. 40jl does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools without prior written approval, or engage in any form of collusion or fraud will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities. Winnings derived from any such activity will be voided.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction affecting game outcome, 40jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. 40jl's decision in these matters is final.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 40jl offers promotions and bonus incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are published on the Promotions page inside your account when the offer is active. These individual terms include, but are not limited to, qualifying deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, and expiry periods.

By claiming a promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms of that offer. 40jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated in their individual terms.

Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, exploiting wagering loopholes, or placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit from a bonus — constitutes a breach of these terms. In such cases, 40jl reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings generated from it, and to suspend the associated account.

Bonuses are credited in PHP. Wagering requirements and any applicable conditions are expressed in PHP and apply to the bonus balance as specified in the offer terms.

7 Responsible Gaming

40jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is for entertainment purposes only. No representation is made that gaming will result in profit, and no strategy or system guarantees a winning outcome over any sustained period.

Players are encouraged to set personal session time and spending limits before they begin playing. 40jl provides self-management tools to help players monitor their gaming activity. These tools are described in detail on the Responsible Gaming page.

If you believe that gaming is causing harm to yourself or others, please make use of the self-exclusion and account restriction options available through the platform. You can also contact the 40jl support team to request account restrictions at any time.

40jl will not knowingly allow persons under the age of 21 to use the platform. If we have reason to believe that a registered player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

40jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account registration details provided are false, incomplete, or cannot be verified.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• The account is being used in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or in bad faith.
• The player has created more than one account on the platform.
• Continued operation of the account would expose 40jl to legal or regulatory risk.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these terms, 40jl may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, 40jl reserves the right to retain the balance. If no breach is found, the balance will be released.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after standard verification.

9 Limitation of Liability

40jl provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain the platform's availability and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

40jl's liability to any player in connection with the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profit, or reputational damage arising from use of the platform.

40jl is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's end, device compatibility issues, or data charges incurred by the player in accessing the platform.

10 Changes to These Terms

40jl may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — we will provide notice through the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect.

The date shown at the top of this page reflects when these terms were last revised. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. If you continue to use 40jl after any revision, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms.
